words of wisdom and spirituality

when you loose patience and you have turmoils of thoughts

last night i was very impatient and wanted some form of solace, probably the distance away from my wife and live in the hectic schedule of life has made me like this.
The other day my new manager said "Prem! take control of your life." Take things easily when it is a tough.I was amazed as we have never spoke much. But his words pinched me. May be my acts were showing him that i was impatient and wanted to get things done in my way. Then the last night my soul was in deep turmoil. I tried playing some games, it didnt help much. I thought may be it was due to sex drive. i tried watching few adult related sites.
I know you might be thinking that i am nuts as i speak about devine life, spiritulity, and emancipation from the worries of life and how can i talk about sex.
Well than let me tell you i am deeply inspired by Osho's teaching- "If you want to cross the river then you would need to swim across it."The idea is simple and perfect. If there is a urge in you and you try to curb it. it will curb you. you have to go through it.
As watching the porn sites gave me some pleasure and satisfaction, it was momentory.

i googled spirituality and famous quotes
i found Gandhi's quote -
"In the attitude of silence the soul finds the path in a clearer light, and what is elusive and deceptive resolves itself into crystal clearness" --Mahatma Gandhi
I read it again and again to find the inner meaning into what he wanted to say. Well lo!! i could find myself meditating with my eyes wide open. it brought peace within me. the peace of soul.
I could find the path for last night. i found out that i had to take my diary and start writing for my another blog which i have been thinking about from last couple of years. And the thoughts were clearer and i could find the words easily.

Human spirit

Wat is human spirit?? there has been many theories devised about the same... can anyone put some inputs on it??
well have been waiting for quite a long for someone to answer this question but seems no one is there, able to understand it...
let me put it in this way.. when i say human spirit it should be linked to two different versions of life - Evil (The devil) Good (The Angel). To be sure about the answer this question Try watching tom hank's The Angel and Devil. It kind of throws significant light on the questions mattering the human existence and the spirit to sustain it. Spirit is the essance for living and should always be maintained .. lets know see in coming chapters what spirit means....!!!????

The Devine Art of War

When we want peace we won't get it easily?/ when there is the need of peace even the Gods were jealous of it... This is what Achilles said to his love during the The War of Troy. God are jealous because we human being are immortal, because we know anyday could be our last day. Because we are beautiful but it won't be ever.
So even when Gods want us to earn our peace.. we must do it. The right meditation is therefore necessary to win the peace.
In the Art of war - sun Tzu advises The warlord to practice meditation. Why a great power could be a potential destruction if not harnessed. Think about all the evils Hitler had created. He had a great power but without right technique to harness and preserve it. A Single man's inability to control the power resulted in great destruction of the man kind. This is why we must therefore control our anger and use it to bring peace...
wat not possible... read the Sun Tzu and you will achieve it

perseverance leads to salvation

Today's Moral Story-
There was a great God-Sage called Narada. Just as there are sages among manking, great Yogis, so there are Great Yogies.Among the gods Narada was a good Yogi and very great. He traveled every where. One day he was passing through a forest and saw a man who had been meditating until the white ants had built a huge mound round his body- S long had he been sitting in that position. He said to narada, "Where are you going? Narada Replied, "I am going to heaven." Then ask God when He will be merciful to me when I shall attain freedom." Further on Narada saw another man. He as jumping about singing, dancing, and said, "O Narada where are you going?" His voice and gestures were wild. Narada said, "I am going to heaven." Then, ask when I shall be free." Narada went on. In the course of time he came again by the same road, and there was the man who had been meditating with the ant-hill round him. He said, "O Narada did you ask the Lord about me?" "O yes. "What did He say?" "The Lord told me that you would attain freedom in four more births." Then the man began to weep and wail and said, "I have meditated until an ant-hill has grown around me, and have four more births yet!"
Narada went to the other man. "Did you ask my question?" "O yes. Do you see this tamarind tree? I have to tell you that as many leaves as there are on that tree so many times you shall be born, and then you shall attain freedom. The man began to dance for joy and said, "I shall have freedom after such a short time!" A Voice came, "My child You will have freedom this minute. "That was the reward for his perseverance. He was ready to work through all those births. Nothing discouraged him. But the first man felt that even four more births were too long. Only Perseverance like that of the man who was willing to wait aeons brings about the highest result.
